One of the most difficult areas for pastors and lay leaders to give instruction is how church members ought to relate to leadership.  It is very difficult to speak on this subject without being perceived as overbearing, dictatorial, etc.  

One helpful approach is to let another pastor or teacher outside the ministry speak to your congregation on this subject.
