CCRC recommends the following article "How to Live with Imperfect People" by Rick Thomas. What a title! The church construction process will involve "imperfect" people because it will consist of people like you and me.  The article's primary focus is on family relationships, but the principles and Scriptures apply to the church family as well.  "Christ is being formed in your spouse, your children, and your friends. It is our job to cooperate with God by serving our friends in their on-going progressive sanctification transformation into Christlikeness." Church construction is not just about building your facilities; the entire process more importantly is an opportunity to spiritually build your people.
